Terms of service.

Shipping

We only ship within New Zealand, using either Mainfreight or NZ Post. We aim to deliver your items as soon as possible but delivery times are subject to change, are estimates only and are under the control of the freight companies. Freight prices are subject to change and are based on charges from the freight providers.

Missing orders

Please make sure you supply us with your correct delivery address and a contact phone number when placing an order and there is a safe place for delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for a missing shipment if the address provided is incorrect or you can’t be contacted. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time period, please contact us and we will lodge an inquiry with the shipping company.

The freight company can’t access the property

Please ensure there is access to the property and somewhere for the products to be unloaded. If the freight company cannot access the property or has nowhere to unload, they may have to return the products to their depot. Unfortunately return visits will incur an additional freight charge that will need to be paid prior to re-shipping.

Prices for all products on our website are subject to change at any time without warning.

Cancelling Orders

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. If you do wish to cancel your order, then please contact us as soon as possible at info@gardenhedgeedging.co.nz or phone 021621103. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund.

Returns

If you are not happy with any aspect of your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date, no questions asked, provided it is unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A further delivery charge will be required for sending out all exchanges.

Warranties, Replacement and Refunds

Our products have a 12-month warranty to cover manufacturing faults or defects. Where a product arrives damaged, or defective please let us know at info@gardenhedgeedging.co.nz or by phone 021621103 so we can discuss the problem. We would recommend taking photos of the damage so that we can ascertain what has occurred and to ensure we can correctly resolve the issue. We will provide replacement products or a refund where the issue is our error or there is a defect with the product.

Privacy

We do not save or store any credit card details. We will store your name and contact information for our records, or later communication if required, and for marketing purposes. This information will not be shared with any other party without your permission.

Accuracy of information on the website

We do our utmost to keep all our prices, stock levels and product information up to date on the website. However, we cannot guarantee the information will always be up to date and accurate.

Availability of stock

While we will keep our stock availability as up to date as possible, we cannot guarantee that stock will be available at the time of purchase. Should we find stock is unavailable after a purchase is made, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss how you wish to resolve the matter, either to wait for stock to become available or to be offered a full refund.
